The work to recruit Black educators must consider the environment we are inviting them to. As the data reveals, current school conditions still carry the residue anti-black practices and policies responsible for the decline of Black educators.

Including a rubric to implementation.Receive individual coaching from education leaders with over 2 decades of experience in school leadership and classrooms.Access to online curriculum including readings, questionnaires, and implementation planning.
